It is a well-documented scientific fact that children learn faster in their early years than they ever will again. It’s a time in their development when they don’t need static experiences; they need possibilities and open-ended activities that will allow them to grow and develop to their full potential.

Being able to think on your feet, approach tasks from different perspectives, and think ‘outside of the box’ build self-confidence and encourages their independent learning. For such purposes, it is important to provide opportunities to children to provide them a space to grow.

For such exposure, Junior Leaders Conference has led in creating a platform to shape the leadership potential of our teenagers between the ages of 13 and 16 years. These are the kids that we should be investing in, to prepare them to lead the world tomorrow and to steer their energy towards bringing about a positive change within themselves and the society.

This is an important creative and learning experience for them; the benefits last for a lifetime.

This residential conference would be held in Karachi from December 22nd to 24th and offers a unique three-day and two-night rollercoaster platform to let kids discover their true potential and transform themselves as leaders of the world. It provides freedom and wings to fly but within the jurisdiction of discipline.

The platform challenges their physical and mental capabilities together to make them more confident human beings. The skills developed through such programs, not only train them to convincingly deliver a message, but also build the confidence you need to take command.

It makes them step out of their comfort zone and allows them to make mistakes and learn from them. It requires each participant to not only think about their role, but how their role contributes to the big picture of what is being created. Every child has a different personality, and those personalities are nurtured positively.

The core idea of Junior Leaders Conference is to empower juniors to have confidence in taking their own decisions; leave the proverbial nest and fly high. Featuring life-changing speakers, experience simulations and mind-opening activities; the idea is to enable them to reach the skies of success and make the most out of their life.
