Bilal Abbas Khan needs no introduction. He has already made a mark in Pakistan with his shows and dramas, and will now be seen on ZEE5 in Zindagi’s second original Ek Jhoothi Love Story opposite the very talented Madiha Imam.

Premiering on 30th October, this family drama revolves around unrealistic expectations of finding love and having innate ideals of future partners. Working with Mehreen Jabbar for the first time, Bilal shares his experience of shooting the show.

Explaining his admiration for her work, he says, “I wanted to work with Mehreen Jabbar even before I decided to become an actor. Mehreen has always been on my wish list of the directors I wanted to work with.”

Bilal added that his on-set attitude was also because of how he felt around Mehreen. “Mehreen is a perfectionist and working with her was a dream come true. I wanted to give my best but I often felt intimidated in her presence. This kept me on my toes making sure nothing goes wrong. Although there was one thing that was a challenge for me, Mehreen was always punctual and I was always late.”

Zindagi’s second original ‘Ek Jhoothi Love Story’ is all set for a global release on 30th October, 2020 only on ZEE5
