YLC Gives Youth an Insight to Politics, Inclusion, and Societal Ills

The Young Leaders Conference – like every year, is doing a brilliant job in testing the youngsters and their potential in an intellectual and motivational setting at the Dreamworld Resort in Karachi. The third day of the conference brought the young mind’s attention to the topics of Politics, Inclusion, and Societal Ills.

Day 3 was moderated by Waqar Ali as the Day Champ. Being an intellectual and energetic youngster himself, he successfully motivated the Youth Leaders by focusing on some crucial tools and inspiring stories. He made sure to touch the fundamentals and grass root problems that lie amongst our Youth Leaders.

While observing SOPs and taking all necessary precautionary measures, the Young Leader’s Conference brought the Leaders of tomorrow to understands how the system and its machinery works. The day included informative sessions and activities by renowned personalities, including Mubashir Zaidi, Shireen Naqvi, Justice Nasira Iqbal, Nisha Rao, Dr. Iffat, Ali Ilyas, Kalpna Devi, HRCP Ali Hameed, Shandana Gulzar, and others. Some of the significant topics from the day included Human Rights & Minority Rights: Violations & legislation, Boys Don’t Cry: Redefining a Gentleman, Youth: Political Participation and Inclusion, and more.

The day began with the mandatory SOPs check that has been significant at this year’s YLC. The conference is being held under strict conditions – with careful observations of the venue, participants, as well as the SOPs. The event has been organized with thorough preparations on the part of the organizing committee, in light of the safety and health concerns of all present.

And later on the youth take Leadership roles as stalwarts of the futures, in thought proving simulations and decipher the political dynamics by taking on the reins and consenting elections.
